摘要：本文对我国氧化铝工业生产的基本特点，铝土矿资源以及生产工艺能耗状况进行了分析，指出了由于我国氧化铝工业资源和生产工艺的特点，造成能耗高，生产成本高，控制困难，而且随着铝土矿资源的贫化和能源价格上升，将严重影响我国氧化铝工业的竞争力。从资源、生产成本、产品质量、环境保护和科技研发五个方面讨论了我国氧化铝工业可持续发展面临的重大问题，提出了努力实施我国氧化铝工业可持续发展战略。

Abstract: The thesis analyzes the basic character of alumina industry, bauxite and energy consumption of production process. It was pointed out that the features of bauxite and poduction process in our country lead to the high energy consumption, high cost of production and hard to control. What is worse, the bauxite decreases radually, which will have negative effects on the alumina industry. The thesis discusses the fatal problems of sustainable development in alumina industry from resource, production cost, the quality of product, the environment protection and research of science, and emphasizes it’s time to try our best to carry out the sustainable development strategy of alumina industry in our country.

一、前言

 

  铝是世界上用量第二大常用金属，其产量和消费量仅次于钢铁，其制品广泛用于交通运输业、包装行业、建筑业、电气行业、制造业、航空航天和军工等领域，是国民经济中具有战略地位的金属原材料。由于金属铝具有优越的可持续性能，在新世纪未来２０年，铝工业符合全球可持续发展的主流理念，在材料领域将居主导地位，为其他所有工业寻求优新产品而需要的基础材料提供可持续性的解决方案，以满足多元化社会对多样化，多功能产品的期望．铝在材料市场仍然保持竞争优势，铝的应用呈现出更广阔的发展空间．氧化铝仍是生产原铝的唯一主要原料，每生产1t原铝需要消耗近2t氧化铝。各种来源于氧化铝生产流程的经深加工而具有各种特殊性能的含氢氧化铝或氧化铝的化学制品(即多品种氧化铝)，也广泛应用于石油、化工、耐火材料、陶瓷、造纸、制造和电子等行业，并在高科技领域得到广泛的应用。因此，氧化铝工业在中国经济发展中具有十分重要的地位,属于重点发展的工业。

 随着我国铝工业的发展和电解铝产量的增加，我国氧化铝产量多年来处于供不应求的局面，进口氧化铝量逐年增加，因此，近年来我国氧化铝工业发展迅猛。仅中国铝业公司所属的六大氧化铝厂，几乎每年增产80万吨的产量，另外，还有多个100万吨左右规模的氧化铝厂相续投产或正在建设之中。
